A Head of Time Salon

I went there for a simple root touch up and was told I'd only be charged $60! The woman (Monica) barely touched my roots and charged me $80! A few days after the appointment I texted her asking if there was anyway she could fix it because I had family photos coming up and she was incredibly rude and said that I'd "get use to it". She then went on to talk bad about me to a mutual friend that she didn't know we had, it was completely unprofessional and I will not being going to this salon ever again.

I have been taking my client here for the last 7 years but she has been going there b4 I started taking her for at just 15 years.. she is 100 yrs old and loves the attention she gets there.. the ladies that work their are very outgoing and fun to talk to..

My wife took my son in for a regular hair cut when I came home I was shock my son's hair was hacked I could of done better at home looks like they stuck a bowl on his head and snipped where they wanted I'm going to call and ask for my money back unacceptable do not ask for courtney
