First timer here and the experience was flawless. From the receptionist's efficiency and warmth to my stylist's skills. Got my hair cut by Sev Arend who was thorough, friendly and caring. I have curly hair and we did a short cut which turned out fabulous. Sev just understood the assignment and went to work: I got a wash+ head massage, cut and dry in under 45mins. I went here to have my curly hair cut and dyed pastel pink! I was assisted by Wren and not only did she do an amazing job taming my unkempt curls but she was also able to get it to the exact shade of pink that I wanted (from my natural black/dark brown color).
