Tops Salon

They are so nice here and have a cute set up but because of the heat they are no longer operating outdoors. I was so caught off guard when I arrived that I went ahead with my appointment. Had I known, I for sure would have cancelled as I don't feel comfortable in indoor spaces. As a business, they should have communicated to your customers to be given a chance to cancel or reschedule.

I was here on vacation and recently had surgery where I cannot lift my arms above my head. I made an appointment with Isiah and from the moment I walked in I was treated like a Star. My name was on a welcoming board, I was offered a complimentary beverage and sat immediately. I love that the hair washing station was separate from the salon very calming and relaxing. He was able to braid my hair so I could travel comfortably without worrying. Thank you so much for your work!! I recommend this salon ten fold.

I went to John and I got the opposite of what I asked for! I had went to him a couple times before this for a basic trim and color and was never 100% satisfied but I thought i would give him another try! Well worst mistake ever! I had medium length hair about mid back and I showed him a picture of a Long angle bob haircut and I walked out with a short straight bob! I was very very unhappy ! I don't understand how you can show a picture and tell someone over and over what you want and get the total opposite! I will never go back to him!!!!!
