I made an Appointment over a month ago with Cesar. I had a special occasion and I wanted to look my best. I was literally walking out the door to go to my appointment and I get the following text Good morninbKimberly! I'm Cesar from Beautyland , I was wondering if I can schedule you with someone else, I will not be done with my client by 12 or I can schedule with me in a later or tomorrow? Let me know if that works for you. I immediately texted him back that I needed to get my hair done that day. I said I was disappointed that this was happening but I was willing to do whatever it took to get it done. Please let me know when that day I could come in. This was his next text Actually my apologies I forgot we close early today , do you have time Friday? I immediately explained again about why it had to be done that day. He never did my hair and if I could have rated him 0 stars I would have. I found out later from another stylist that he’s not even licensed. Beware of Cesar.

I went to the salon for Balayage or Highlights with Haircut,Style (includes color gloss & strengthening mask), that’s was advertised on Groupon, but actually I was charged 388$ In addition to the paid Groupon amount of 192$, they charge for the “free” hair cut and the hair mask too. they charge for the the amount of hours that you’re there, and they can go as slow as they want, and take customers amid your treatment. bleach was left on sections of my hair for 5 hours straight, I had to remind them to look at it because I was fearful of the damage that it can develop, and unfortunately, it’s severely dried out/damaged that I’m thinking of cutting it again. The hair comb and other appliance were falling off to the floor numerous times and the hairstylist pick it up and reuse it. It’s my fault for not speaking up at that time, cuz afterwards I’m suffering from scalp folliculitis, that I have never developed until I went there. Came with my bestie to get hair done and I ended up getting my nails done and naylea hooked it up with the spooky nails! They are super friendly!! Definitely coming back
