I am super excited with the results of my hair transformation! Went from boring, yellow, and overall blah to a hair cut and color that has dimension and personality! Ari is absolutely amazing! She guided me in the right direction for sure. I had high expectations going in, and she just blew them out of the water! Sam is undoubtedly phenomenal! I had a color consult prior to service, and I knew my hair color was a mess. She has the expertise! I was afraid I was a hopeless case, but she got my color to exactly what I asked for! 1000% confidence boost! I've never had a hair cut and color that I really feel comfortable and stylish in. These gals blew me away! Highly recommend! Do the color consult first, if you need a rescue. They'll get you on the right hair journey!

This is not a review from someone that went once and had a bad experience. I've been a loyal customer for over a year, as I get my roots done about every 6 weeks. I'd always loved and raved about this salon to everyone. Well, most definitely not anymore. I'd heard complaints about the manager from various people in past but never paid attention because I'd never had a problem, until now. My stylist left, and no one even called to tell me that either. Apparently the notes "disappeared" as to what she used on my hair. So that stylist sure won't be getting my business anywhere either moving forward. Not knowing this, I tried her new salon and hated it so I brought my business back to Rinse. I asked for the most color experienced stylist and they gave me someone who was very nice but she told me she was just an assistant not long ago. That's the most experienced stylist you have!?? When I confront the manager about this complete lie all she kept saying was she was well trained. Experience

I have been searching for years a good hair dresser that can do my hair highlight without turning to blonde. I had to wait to go back Turkey for doing my hair every year. Now I found Nico. Nico did amazing job with my hair. I have amazing healthy dark brown hair with great highlight. My hair looks so natural and healthy again. He is very friendly and honest. I found my forever hairdresser. ????????
