This nail salon is my holy grail. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I just had to for this one. Kim does an amazing job with acrylics and gel nails. Even though English is her second language, her communication is phenomenal. She carefully listens to what you want and will make your nail dreams come true!

I have been seen by Lynn both times I have been here. I have been wanting to find a place in San Clemente to do my nails since I moved here and this is the best place I have found and reminds me of the place I used to go to in Huntington. The staff is friendly. Every other nail salon I have been to in the San Clemente area treats you like it’s a chore to do your service. At each place I have done the same thing, I make it a point to smile, be kind review the menu of choices before I go in and I always make an appointment. Additionally I do not skimp and get the lowest services. I spend a pretty penny at each nail salon and this is the one I will keep returning back to! Lynn is fast and courteous and is detail oriented when it comes to doing my pedicures and my acrylics.

The man gave me the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. He didn’t push back the cuticles and started cutting, I could feel him cutting me. He burned himself with the drill repeatedly and put holes in his glove. I had to ask for a towel before putting my feet up. He didn’t rinse the Calous remover and started mixing it with a foot n leg scrub. And that’s when I said stop, rinse my feet, I’m done. They should’ve offered a free pedicure on another day, so I asked Jan and she was extremely rude, gave me $7 off. Really I paid $35 for that and $62 for my kid’s nails. Never going back. Bad customer service. Bad work.
