When I tell you Neveah did that…….I MEAN she did that! Literally my hair was pin straight and dry and now I have so much volume and hydration. Her customer service is just a plus. Niveah Cole is amazing! I walked in on a whim, having never been to a salon, with questions about a perm. She answered all my questions and was able to schedule me within a couple days. The perm experience itself was great and the outcome was exactly what I hoped for! Niveah provided excellent customer service from the first interaction until completion and was genuinely as excited and happy as I was! Would see her again and recommend her without reservation! This place has such a good vibe! I had my hair done by Khloe! I told her my vision and gave her creative freedom after that and she killed it! It came out so good????
