I literally have a scab from a chemical burn that Erika gave me when shaping my eyebrows. My eyelid is swollen and there is a clear burn mark from something else that was not the wax. Nothing would make it feel better and it still hurts. First, they don't do threading their sign is a lie and they only do waxing and after she said she wouldn't go to thin, which she did do. I didn't mind it at first but when you pay to get it done professionally and you just end up injured that sucks. This is how you get sued, or don't get customers to ever go back. Don't settle for this place cause it's convienant go anywhere else unless you want to end up with a chemical burn and swollen eyelid!

NEVER LET THE PINK-BLONDE HAIR ASSISTANT CUT YOUR HAIR. My dad is an elderly person. I brought him there and she did a bad job on his hair. He said she didnt' listen to him or help him. I came back to see him towards the end of the haircut. I told her she didn't trim his beard very well. She said its ok thats how he wanted it. She never helped my dad at all. She never lined up the jaw line of the beard, it looked really bad. I had to fix his beard myself with the trimmers when I went home. She charged me $20.00 for the bad haircut she gave him. The owner was not there at the time. ONLY LET THE OWNER cut your hair. The owner cut my dad's hair and trimmed his beard in the past and everything went well. NEVER let this pink-blonde hair lady cut your hair.

Erika has been cutting my hair for over a year now and she is amazing! She constantly checks with you to make sure the cut is trulg what you want. She also does amazing eyebrows!
