After two years of dying my hair black, I’m finally going back to something more natural looking. Krista at Wild Heart is like a hair color magician I’m OBSESSED with my balayage. We’re doing a slow transition back to brunette and this is session number 2. It’s beautiful, my partner loves it. Would absolutely recommend Krista at Wild Heart Salon!!! I do not recommend Alex McCorkle!! When I first messaged her about what I wanted to be done to my hair she said she could do it. $300 later I did not get what I wanted (a greyish purple color) I wanted very few of my roots to show thru(brown) but instead A TON of my roots are visible. The first day she did my hair I left with half my hair pink and the bottom half purple when I wanted strictly PURPLE. I was not happy with it so I went back THE NEXT DAY and left with my root color on top (not what I wanted!!) and purple on the bottom!! A week later I got a haircut at a different salon and the hair dresser was so shocked at how horrible my color looks. It is super patchy AND UNEVEN, lots of roots showing, and random spots of BLUE in my hair. I am embarrassed by how my hair looks and do not even want to wear it down. It looks terrible and I am ashamed by it. Not only that but my hair is damaged and super dry from all this. I have to pay someone else to fix it which will cause more damage

I had been seeing Danielle Curtis for about a year and was happy with the services. At my last appt however, the color didn’t take and my grays were still very visible. I reached out a couple days after the appt and Danielle agreed to correct it, but she never got me in. She kept pushing appt dates and offering time slots I had already said I couldn’t make. When we finally got one scheduled, she cancelled the day of. 10 weeks later, it was the week of my scheduled follow up appt and I had still not been seen for the correction. She texted to cancel that appt two days before. The environment of the salon is beautiful and I love the products they offer. Unfortunately, the consistency and professionalism was significantly lacking with this stylist.
