just got my nails done today. it was one of the best experiences that I've ever had. I dont know the name of the lady who did my nails but she paid super close attention to detail and was constantly checking to see if I was satisfied with my nails. Important to note, unfortunately they dont do ombre nails. but overall, super happy with the service provided to me.

This the worst “mani” “pedi” I’ve ever received ! They had mh feet in cold water for all of 1 minute. No massage no lotion for both. Paid 195 dollars for regular service but charge you $20 extra for gel! Told the lady that is not a pedicure or a manicure it’s basically a color changed she got very rude and disrespectful! The towel they wiped my leg with stunk like dog. Do not go here they do not have good customer service. I had nice nails now they’re short and all different lengths Services: Pedicure, Manicure

EDIT after 1 week: Lost 2 nails after 6 days when was said it would last three weeks. So, customer service non existent, overall aspect of nails really bad, and did not even last a week. 80 dollars for this poorly executed job.... Honestly, first time getting gel and the last. My nails are weirdly shaped and uneven, two of them in a weird angle making it look like I have some kind of disability. Paid 80 bucks for it, which I don't know if it's a lot or not. The woman I had didn't talk to me. Overall unpleasant experience for a very unpolished result. Not sure if my expectations were too high or what but I'm unhappy with the whole thing.
