Booked an hour long facial with Veronica, was a wonderfully excellent experience. Left feeling so relaxed. ???? will do it again at Strands!

Jennifer was absolutely amazing and efficient! She was very pleasant, quick, and did incredible work. I am very satisfied with my perm.

I love my hairstlist Allison but I called on the phone to book my appointment to get bangs for me and my daughter and though we did not have our hair washed or neck massage etc that usually comes with the Aveda haircut and I told the customer service person we just wanted our bangs cut, we were charged the full price for a haircut and I have yet to have anyone call me back to correct this. I was accused by front desk that I placed an order for haircuts(which I didn't, I called in to specifically explain I just needed bangs) and that any cutting of hair is a "haircut" so even if it is barely any hair and you dont get the full Aveda service/experience, you still have to pay just as much. Guess I know not to trust customer service in the future to assist me because I will end up paying $100 for cutting some bangs.
