I waited nearly 3 weeks for an opening and had both my consultation and appointment cancelled on me last minute with no explanation. No reparations were attempted, and they seemed unbothered by their mistake. Bad customer customer service and disorganized front desk.
Wow, wow, wow!! I haven't cut my hair in about 3 years and it was all the way down past my butt. Rennee was so fantastic and accommodated even my crazy request to preserve my cut hair for donation. She even took the time to explain the requirements for donation to me to make sure I knew. The cut she gave me is so cute and exactly what I was looking for! She even gave me some helpful tips for taking better care of my hair. Service: Haircut
Liz is so good at what she does, an artistic genius! I love what she's able to do with my hair! The salon is nice and clean, open, bright, clean restroom, and there's always cookies, water, tea, coffee and wine offered.
