I always love getting my nails done here...there the best in Sacramento
I have been getting my nails done at this location for 9 years. My nail tech stayed after new management took over. Then she left. I stayed with the salon because the staff was friendly. I went religiously every 13 days for pedicures, full set of gel nails and waxing. Some five years into the new management, I got my nails done one Halloween. I wanted them to look like candy corn. The polish started peeling off. I worked on Monday, so I went in Tuesday after work to show them the polish peeling off and asked if I could have the color changed to black. The nice staff switched from friendly and calling me by name to yelling and threatening me. I said I wasn't angry I was just asking for once in almost ten years to have my peeling nails repainted. I had spent $120 on Saturday and that Tuesday they yelled at me and got angry for merely asking that my peeling nails be repainted. I was hurt and insulted because I realized they didn't respect me as a customer. I calmly said, "I think it's
