Luxe and Local Salon Emporium

I came in last week November 12th to have my hair done by Yessenia. My hair appointment was originally scheduled at 12pm to which Yessenia moved to 12:30pm while I was already on a time crunch and let her know via Yelp messages when she asked me if I minded coming in at 12:30 instead… and despite letting her know that I did mind,… I did not get sat down in the chair till 1pm. I spent about 3 hours in the salon for a haircut and a natural demi all over color. Nothing complicated… a straight across haircut. I do not have layers. I have it one length. Today as I’m flat ironing my hair I am noticing my hair is not all one length and I have a mix of un even lengths. I am so disappointed not only with my experience with time management but the fact that I spent a good few hours there and I’m not realizing that this isn’t even how I thought my hair was. My hair is curly/wavy so after I washed my hair I did not notice the different lengths… and even when my hair was styled out of the salon I d

This salon is by far one of the cleanest I’ve ever visited. I love the vibe and energy as soon as you walk in. You just know you’re among professionals. They support and sell products from other local businesses. What a beautiful way to share the love! And I LOVE LOVE LOVE my stylist Charlee (Marie)! She always takes the time to listen to me and recommend what is best for my hair type! I’ve not had a service from her that I was in the least unsatisfied with!
