Hot Nails

Really poor experience here. The first time I went, I asked for a full set and the gentleman, who I presume owns the shop, was very disrespectful. I asked for a style that apparently he couldn’t do, so he suggested that I get the things he could do. However, when I didn’t like the things he suggested, he told me I was being difficult (I thought it was about what the customer wanted, not what’s convenient for the person doing the manicure?). Anyways, I said I wouldn’t go back, BUT was in a crunch for time for getting a pedicure, and decided to go here today. It turned out to be just as bad as the first time, if not worse. I had such a poor experience with the lady that performed my pedicure. I was very nice to her the entire time, however, the moment I told her she didn’t do my pedicure well, she started talking about me to the other workers in the nail salon in their language and kept making excuses as to why she couldn’t fix it. I paid $55 plus tip and didn’t even get lotion or a mass

It was honestly really nice and great service but most times you have to speak up and I'm kinda shy so yea.

This was the worst mani pedi I’ve ever had. I’ve never had issues with water temperature for a pedicure but the water was too hot. I asked her to turn it down a little bit and she turned it way colder so it wasn’t even enjoyable. The foot massage was like she didn’t even care, she was somewhat rushing through it. The manicure was worse. She decided to give me square nails of her own accord, didn’t ask what I wanted. Then she couldn’t even cut one of the straight. I asked her to straighten it but I could see she did not understand and she just made the whole thing shorter. The hand massage was also mediocre and rushed. The biggest thing for me is it was the worst application of nail color I’ve ever seen. I can do my own nails way better than she did. And it immediately chipped. The salon had no charm, was on the dirty side, and looked like it could use a complete refresh of the interior and furniture. This was a complete waste of my time and money.
