As a student, upper management could use some work. With as much money that is spent here between all the students running out of disinfectant is crazy. Not having enough supplies to make sure students are able to learn the services they are paying to learn is unacceptable. Receiving items in the kit a few weeks before graduation is unacceptable. The teachers are angels, Ms.Anika, Ms. Olivia, & a handful of others are genuinely the only reason so many even make it to graduation. Ms A goes above and beyond to make sure her students know the curriculum and does her absolute best at showing her students exactly how to do any service even if there aren't any supplies for it. She's very patient and works with you individually if you're not understanding what is being taught. Takes her time to listen to students and respects them as human beings (which upper management does not as well as Ms luana, the attitudes they have can be related to an angsty teen who dislikes their job)! I got my hair cut and colored red by Anika Parker back in August. Anika was very thorough with her color application and made sure everything was perfect. She cross checked my layers and made sure everything was okay with me. I recommend going to her! She’s great! Very happy with the service I received!
