I went to Monica a few years back. She was so unprofessional. I would always make my appointment for first thing in the morning, and she always managed to be late (40 mins + late). If I did book anything in the afternoon, she would work with 2-3 clients at a time, therefore it's a lot of waiting because she is working with so many people. I was very patient since it was my first time getting my hair blonde so I didn't know any different. The last time I went to her, she left my strands of hair so patchy. They were not blended at all. If I picked up a strand of hair it would have yellow on the top and orange on the bottom. I decided to immediately contact her to see if she could fix my hair. She claimed that she would get back to me. So I patiently waited, after a few days, I texted/ called her because I couldn't go out with my hair looking so bad. She never texted me back, then blocked my number. The only reason I am writing this review so late is because she has done it to others as w
