They were very friendly and tried to do their best. Was hoping for a good barber fade. However, the overall style was decent.
One of the poorest customer service. If you try to walk-in they tell you to book an appointment and come back, but no matter if you have an appointment or not they serve customers on first come first serve. The ones with no appointment and walk ins were serviced before us who had to make an appointment. The quality of customer service and respect is just awful. I’ve been there before and their Haircut is also very average, you can definitely find betters in Redlands …
Alicia is the best. I used to go to pricey salons and pay $100-200 for just a haircut. With Alicia, I pay much less for a cut and — I’m not kidding you — it always comes out wayyy better. Best deal in town by a mile
