Went for a regular haircut on December 17 around 5 PM. I have a thinning hairline and the hair stylist had no idea on how to cut the hair. The hair cut was so bad , I had to get another haircut the next day at another salon. Please get some experienced hair stylists The location is clean and staff are very friendly Services: Kids' cuts, Hairstyling
My daughter needed to get a haircut the only problem was trying to find a stylist she could trust that could actually cut her hair the way she wanted. Since here hair is very curly and thick it is hard to find someone that can cut it the way she likes. She also has her own hair routine and does not like people pushing a lot of products on her. We decided to head to the Great Clips in Poway and give them a try. Reviews were good and people seemed happy. Glad we did! The stylist asked my daughter what she wanted and took the time to actually listen to her. She cut her hair exactly how she wanted it, even writing specific notes in the system for next time. The stylist also asked what my daughter used in her hair and just talked to her without trying to upsell a bunch of products. The stylists were great, super nice and welcoming everyone that came in. We'll be back!
What a mess nobody there to work it’s Friday I guess if you have time to wait a hour or more go waist your time there I left sat there 49 min like they wanted but I just wasted my time
