Impres Hair Salon

Booked as a first time salon customer with Rosanna and she flaked on me two hours before my appt. She claimed some completely dramatic personal excuse that was so over the top it was obviously either an exaggeration or total bs. Disappointed my hair is going to be less than stunning at thanksgiving but it’s all good. That’s what I get for booking with a young stylist instead of one of their seasoned professionals. Drama drama drama. I rescheduled at a different salon, one that is sure to be more professional.

The salon is nice but my hairstylist renting the booth was an amateur. I had copper hair that needed a touch up, I told her it was fine if I went a bit lighter. All she did was highlight all of my hair with bleach with uneven highlights sizes, which left my hair very yellow on top and orange on the bottom. She didn't tone it and charged me 178. I had to pay a color correcting stylist to fix it. I also wasn't impressed listening to her complain to another stylist on how unfair it is that they share booths now and that they have preset days. As a first time customer the experience was bad and the stylist is not trained in color. I would stay away.

Beth cut my hair and I absolutely love it! I came in not exactly sure what I wanted, and she helped me with the perfect style for my face shape. She's very sweet and personable, I will most definitely be coming back to see her ????
