The big windows in the front of this store are wonderful. They let in so much natural light. It really makes a difference when trying to color match. My mother and I were there because my mom wanted to know her color in a specific foundation. She was nervous, because she hasn't worn makeup in years. The employee that helped us (whose name escapes me) was absolutely wonderful. She made my mom feel so comfortable! She found the most perfect shade, and advised my mom on how to best apply it. My mom was ecstatic! The cherry on top was when my mom revealed her age, and was greater with shock and awe. The employee complemented my mom's skin, and couldn't believe she was 71. Your store truly made my mother happy, and I guarantee you have earned a new regular customer.

It's a great place but they're always out of the super common items it's not like it's once in awhile it's every time I go in there. I asked them if it's hard for them to get these items they say no they just sell out quickly. I'm not understanding why if they're constantly selling out of items why they don't order more if they're always selling out. It won't be such a big deal but I live in Oceanside and have to drive way out of my way to get to the store because my local Oceanside Ulta does not carrytbese items.

I walked into the Encinitas store this morning to grab some concealer and go. I was approached by a Lancôme beauty consultant named Pam and she told me about the wonderful concealer Lancôme offered. She apply it under my eyes and it worked just like she said it would. Then she showed me so many great tips for eye makeup application. She gave me a beautiful smoky eye look, which I thought I was too old to wear. She showed my how to apply eyeshadows so I could do the same look at home. I couldn’t believe how good my eyes looked. She made me feel pretty which I hadn’t felt in a long time. She was so professional. She knew what she was talking about. She was very kind. She really boosted my confidence. I am so grateful she walked up to me to see if I needed any help. I had no idea the treat I was in for. Thank you Pam. You really made my day.
