Update: The owner ended up contacting me and things were made right. The manager personally saw my son and did an amazing job understanding his needs. I updated my review to 4 stars due to how amazing the owner and manager were. I usually don't complain but this was the worst customer service I've ever had. I went there a little after 2pm with my two kids. I was told it would be about a 35 minute wait. I told her we are going to wait in the car since 1. There are no free seats. And 2. My special needs son doesn't do well waiting and would be running around. It's just easier to wait in thr car with them. I gave the lady our phone number. We waited patiently for over 45 minutes... I get it sometimes times aren't exact so I was trying to be understanding. My son needed to use the bathroom and at this point I was told by the African American lady (excuse me for not catching her name) that we are too late to come back in. I informed her we didn't receive a call and she told me in a very rud

You set? Up. An appointment ahead of time and you usually never have to wait more than 10 minutes before you scene.

The woman who did our little boy's haircut needs more practice before being in the salon. I was showed a picture of a boy on the wall next to her seat for reference but I wanted my son's hair shorter. The picture on the wall was at a 5 and I wanted a 1.5 for the sides. When the stylist was finished and asked if it looked good, I asked if she could debulk the sides to blend it better to which she stated that she wasn't going to be able to get his hair to debulk because it would stick out if any shorter. She grabbed her thinning shears and began to work at it. Our previous stylist for the past four years has never once had an issue with his hair, so I'm not sure why there would be an issue now. She styled his hair and then we were done. Upon getting home and showering to remove excess hair- IT LOOKS AWFUL. It's hair, it will grow back but unfortunately I paid for this. It honestly looks like my son got scissors and cut the front himself. Service: Kids' cuts
