My wife went for light golden hair and got gray and white...Terrible service will not send my wife there again and will not recommend
She did not do what I asked for. Ivonne proceeded to say “I always tell every one that it will never be exactly like the picture”. The problem was not that I wanted it exactly like in the picture. The problem is that I LITERALLY walked out with a gray color, nothing like the picture I had asked her to do on my hair (ash/natural blonde)
All of the staff are so nice. #great service #recommend
