Had haircut and heat perm with Lia and Tess. They did a great job and I love my new hair! Was there a little over 2 hours, and they take cash, card, quick pay or Venmo. It’s in a busy strip mall with plenty of parking. Lia has been styling hair over 30 years and gave great tips for styling hair at home. I made an appointment days in advance of their convenient time. Since I have read so many good review I figure I would give them a try. I was disappointed not even receving proper greeting but hey they were busy, it happens. I told them I had an appointment. With no no explanation or anything, just told me to sit and wait. I came in 10 minutes before my appointment time, mind you. After 30minutes later without a single word, I ended up leaving. People kept coming in, they were not telling me how long I should wait. It looked like first come first serve walk in basis so the reservation meant absolutely nothing. I was already stressed as is with crazy rain, traffic, and waiting for parking spot. I'm sure their hair cut Service is good but not a place for me if I am going to end up wasting time for no reason. A single "I apologize for the wait, you may have to wait longer" would've been nice at least.

Found this place with a quick Google search. I called for pricing and asked if they accepted walk-ins. Fortunately, it wasn't too busy and she was happy to take me right away. Got a wash, cut, blowout, and style. I like to keep my hair long, I wish I had a before because she definitely cut like 4-5in. She did exactly what I wanted and even better with styling!
