Greenhaus Day Spa

This facility is relatively small but the 60 minute Swedish massage I had was hugely satisfying. Masseuse Idalia Becerra greeted me with a warm welcoming smile and provided me with an brief overview of what I was to expected. Idalia hands are firm, but gentle. She seemed to sense what my muscles needed with little input from me. She was thoughtful in how she respected my modesty and at the end of my massage I got dress and she presented me with her welcoming smile and glass of water.

I have been to many spas in the US and this really didn’t meet my expectations. There was no shower/dressing room to clean up and redress in….most spas I have gone to have a place change, fix your hair and reapply make up. I had to do this in a bathroom! I was not offered a robe between services….had to get back in my street clothes from my massage before I went for my pedicure….was given 1 wet towel to wipe the massage oil off. Awkward!!! Also, my friend was offered wine during her pedicure….and I wasn’t even given the option or told what the choices were!! Finally the walls are paper thin and I could hear my friend talking to her masseuse in the next room.

Went in, dressed down ĺshorts & tshirt) & was condescendingly turned away. It's a shame they judge a book by it's cover & missed well tipping customers.
