Napa Nails

I used to come here all the time, but after a terrible experience, I have not gone back. I got my usual, gel manicure. I was a walk-in, but I was the only guest at the time. As she was cutting my cuticles (she didn’t soak my hands), she didn’t make me bleed once or twice, but on 5 different fingers. I had told her that my skin was sensitive, and she just said sorry with a giggle. She tried to stop the bleeding with some glue, then told me to wash my hands. I was in the bathroom, and my fingers would not stop bleeding. I was extremely disappointed, and upset. Haven’t gone back since.

The salon was very nice. The staff was friendly and professional. They had a number of colors to chose from. The woman that did my acrylic fill was very fast but still did a very good job. If I lived in Napa I would definitely use this salon again! Service: Acrylic nails
