The customer service was great, easy to book appointment, friendly staff. However, I was very unsatisfied with my haircut, especially given the cost of $80 and over an hour in time. My hairdresser seemed inexperienced and my haircut came out looking very sloppy. I should have read the full reviews from others in advance and book with the owner instead. Update: the owner Ines reached out to me and offered to fix my haircut. She scheduled an appointment for me promptly and did a great job evening out the ragged edges. She was so pleasant to interact and converse with, I would definitely go back to her!

I have been going to Habibis for several years. Ines always takes the time to listen and make sure she understands what before she proceeds. She has done an outstanding job with my color and highlights and has mended my hair back to shiny health (from many years of color). She uses top quality products and never tries to up-sell. In the rare cases that I wasn't 100% satisfied, she always invited me back and made sure I wouldn't leave until I was absolutely happy. I would highly recommend her services.
