TERRIBLE experience for hair blowout! This lady (who said on the phone that she could do it) did an awful job. She had NO idea what she was doing with the hair dry and hair brush. I had to teach her techniques. I left the place looking worse than when I came in with awful frizzy hair. But the worst part out of all of this was - and I’m not sure if it’s because she was shampooing me for the longest time or that their hair sink wasn’t padded enough - I’m stuck with the WORST head bruise/ache at the area of where my head sat on the sink. It is so painful that I can’t even sleep/rest my head on the pillow. And I paid $55 for this!!! Why couldn’t the lady just tell me that they were not available as opposed to making me waste my time, money and walking away with literal pain. Ping me if you have any questions.
