Communication with clients is HORRIBLE and they never answer phone. Charge extra prices when at the salon.

I feel like my natural hair was damaged from using this place. My curls were heat damage and after washing my hair two weeks later. my hair smelled like perm. I didn’t get a perm. The stylist Ronda burned my forehead. my hair is still recovering from this and I no longer trust stylist. I normally do my own hair but decided to try something new. Won’t be doing that again. I got an entire infection from the barber. Beautiful shop but the cut was terrible and I was in immense pain and had to go to the hospital. I’m permanently scarred from this cut. Like I deserve a refund.
