I came in to have them dye my hair. I brought my own hair dye. The whole reason I wanted to get my hair dyed at a shop by someone professional is so that I would not have dye marks all over my ears, face and back of neck. Which is happens if I do it myself at home. I left with dye marks on my face, ears, and back of neck. They wanted me to pay 105 after arguing with owner of shop over the phone I paid 65. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I could have done the same job at home with less dye stains on my skin. What a waste of money.
