I had the worst experience(s) here recently. I had been a customer for a while. But moved out of state. Upon return, I go back to them. My hair was completely damaged, spotted, striped, yellow and orange. I allowed them to try to correct it. However the refused a refund even though my hair was destroyed and I wasn't happy. Even though I had to pay to cut it elsewhere to even out the damage and even though I gave them 3 chances to get it right. you can see the photos I posted. Them manager treated me horribly and the stylist Amy is the one who destroyed my hair. she said the reason it's a mess is because I only spent $200 on highlites. I also had to pay for $130 in products to try and correct their mistakes. Not worth it. They won't do right by you when they ruin your hair. You will also be blamed.

Customer service and professionalism at its best! Amy took great care of me as a new client. She really listened to my needs and asked great questions to help determine my new look. She took her time with me and it was perfect in the end. Highly recommend her and the salon.

First off the owner is an absolute SWEETHEART. All these girls are down to earth, easy to talk to and welcoming. Not only is the salon beautiful, but the prices actually don't kill the bank account either which is a huge key for me! If you have thin hair, or short hair and are looking for epic extensions I'd check this place out FOR SURE. They master their craft before ever doing it on clients and the hair and process is 100% worth it. They last, they are great quality and you leave feeling like a Victoria Secret model trust me I went to the bar by myself after my hair appointment haha but TRUST ME ON THIS and book the appointment here.
