I've been going here for years Made appointment sat there for 25 minujust to have other people getting cut in front of me. Ask the lady and she said 15 more minutes. I walked out, never go in there again.

Went here to get a layered haircut. I have never had such a bad haircut! The first layer is as long as my bangs. The bangs are all uneven. Basically the first layer is like a bowl cut. And the longest one is too long. I didn’t know that the haircut was so bad because the lady let me walk out with my hair wet. I even tipped her a good tip but I wish I would have know it was such a terrible haircut. I can’t do anything to my hair because there is no way to style that first layer. I am sad ???? my only hope is that the collagen I’m taking helps my hair grow back quickly so I can get it cut at a different salon. I’m too embarrassed to post a pic.
