Tiffany is the best. I heard of her from my sister who lives in Riverside and still comes every month for a haircut. Tiffany is an awesome service provider. She has interesting stories to tell so the 30min haircut is quick and never a bore sitting in her cozy stall.
I've known Tiffany for many years. The place is always clean, and air conditioned. I love the way she colors and cuts my hair. Her prices are reasonable ????!!! .....
