Oh Nails

Bad Customer Service!! The lady with short burgundy hair tried to overcharge me 70$ for a something simple that had no designs to it basically & for my Nieces Quince Nails on Top of her being rude , after I told her no repeatedly she continued to put the nails on & after I told her No Cus that was too much for short nails she Basically Yanked the Nails off my Poor Niece & Made her Cry.!! For her first time trying to get her nails done the lady did a poor job trying to rush them on her without agreeing on a price She was so Rude & Unprofessional Never Going Back Again!!!

Really bad quality of nails just got them done 3 days ago and already need a fill there cracking and opening they looked stained was charged $70 for this! Looks like it was there first time there un even so upset with these nails they usually last me over a month before i go for a fill at other places what a waste of money.

I came here for a pedicure with a friend of mine which is the only reason for coming here????. This place is completely hit and miss more miss, I love my friend but not this nail place, I go next to a deli on Florida by Harvard awesome place! Anyway within 2 days that polish started coming off, that has only happened 3 other times EVER in my life. She kept pushing the gel polish, I never get gel on my toes, my toes don't do anything I don't know if she didn't apply the top coat, that's happened b4, cuz she was pushing that gel coat like a car salesman you know what I mean. I did give 3 stars cuz she rocked the toe art ???? Update to review 7/29/23 When I came in today there was a girl cleaning the pedicure chairs which I liked seeing. Also I got the same lady as last time and she was so nice and she remembered me. She did a great job on my nails and I had a really nice relaxing experience which is what it’s suppose to be ❤️ Update: yes I know but when I was leaving, I wrote this review
