Uptown Family Hair Salon

My mom is still crying from the cut she got from here. I took my mom out to treat her to a nice day since my dad died just to try and cheer her up i thought this place would be a good atmosphere classy place but it was so far from it everything was older and run down all their scissors and clippers were visibly falling apart i really didnt think it was going to be this bad online it looked so much better but it was awful. Not to mention the service there was a middle aged woman that checked us in and was horrible to my mom making little comments about how she was dressed and how hard her hair was to work with and that she couldnt do much with this mess. I felt so bad about taking my mom here it was supposed to be a nice day for her not for someone to be putting her down and making her feel bad and were paying you for this??? This lady messed my moms hair up so bad so uneven that my mom wont stop crying it honestly looks really bad so we had to pay for all this and they charged us so mu

This is a wonderful small, local business that i've been going to for about a year or two. The staff is always really friendly and does a good job cutting my hair. They never cut it too short like most places do!

Look wise the salon is mediocre n pretty old but price wise it’s cheap. You won’t get fancy music or disco/trendy lights in the salon but service is decent.Hence gave a 4 star
