The recent visit I had was a phenomenal visit and haircut from Ana... Ana was an awesome Ambassador for Supercuts...the best I've experienced at any Supercuts...she exceeded all of my expectations...and I am rather picky... As a person who has been a top salesman..managed people and pays extremely close to customer service I would like to propose this: ATTENTION SUPERCUTS CORPORATE...Ana (the hair stylist) in your fremont location should be in order for a promotion (raise in pay) or better yet promoted to a supervisory position...she executed everything very professionally , and though I only had a haircut I could see her leadership potential in how she presented herself...Ana has made it so I will ALWAYS go to Supercuts at the Fremont Hub...if she is not there..I will leave and come back when she's working... Thank you Supercuts for hiring such a respectful individual with integrity and compassion who is excellent in all she does!!
Worst haircut ever. Didn't accept coupon I had. Sent an email to customer support and no response. Overall 0.1 stars.
