I went in for a keratin smoothing treatment and came out worse than I went in! Stylist was speechless and had nothing to say after. I told her how horrible it looked. I asked if it was supposed to look like this.. she said my hair was thin and that will be $225. I messaged the owner who responded promptly. I explained my results and she did everything she could to get me in to have another stylist try again. I was hesitant but This stylist was professional, skilled, and definitely redeemed themselves in my eyes. Thank you for caring enough to try and fix it.

From the moment I stepped into the salon, my experience was nothing short of amazing! I was offered something to drink, friendly staff escorted me to sit down and wait for my stylist. I didn’t have to wait long at all. Lindsay was friendly, pleasant and professional. I asked her to do inverted bob haircut and previously I went to 3 different stylist with no successful result. So I was a little skeptical that it won’t work again. Lindsay listened to me, reviewed photos from Pinterest that I showed her, consulted with me about what I want and gave me good suggestion also. I received relaxing head massage before wash. As for haircut I was so extremely surprised how well it turned out and she styled it nicely too. I didn’t feel rushed or ignored the whole time I was there. I absolutely love Lindsay’s work, such a talented and wonderful stylist. I am planning to use her for color in the future as well. Couldn’t be happier in finding her. Thank you Lindsay!

I had a haircut with Yvonne this week and she did a wonderful job! I have straight hair on top and super curly hair underneath and I finally found a stylist that understood how to cut my crazy textured hair. I am headed out of town for a wedding this month and can't wait to show off my new style. I am so happy I found Willo and Yvonne.
