Brittany, the stylist did my hair. I totally appreciate her patience and also being thorough with a complicated tedious color job. She did such an amazing job! I highly recommend, they are courteous, friendly and so much fun!

It's not a good time trying to find a new stylist. Every time I've found someone I like here, they don't last long. With other salons I've gone to in the past, if someone knew they were leaving they'd give you a heads up. Idk if they're not being treated well here or why, but I was sick of having to find the next person. The last haircut I received here was uneven, it was honestly the only bad cut I received from them. But I will say that one of the first stylists I didn't stick with made it very awkward for me when I didn't want to rebook with them. She is still there. Then the stylist I was with just added to it by making me feel bad for saying it just wasn't a good fit. I only got trims, I'm nice, and I tip well. I'm easy going. This is not a nice place to be, I don't recommend you use them as your go to place. I'm happy I never started any major changes here, I wouldn't be able to rely off of them.

Not a good experience & definitely would not recommend anyone for services here. I left work early for my appointment. I scheduled for a color, partial highlights & cut. The stylist was running late. No problem, I figured when it was my turn she’d take care of me. When I’m finally seated she proceeded to tell me the only service she’d be able to complete is my haircut! Her excuse was I had too much hair. Not that she was running late. I informed her I let the scheduler know I had a lot of hair and that I had taken off work early for this appointment. She didn’t care. This was a complete waste of my time & I lost money due to this. STAY FAR AWAY from this place as it seems they don’t have time management & they DEFINITELY don’t care about your time.
