Pretty Nails

I've been going here for roughly 5 months. I usually get acrylics with gel nail polish. My fills are only $30 which I think is a great price. Their chrome and holographic powder is a rip off at $15 extra. I've been to several other salons that only charge $5 extra. The quality of the nails however is inconsistent. One time my nails just kept breaking for seemingly no reason. I wouldn't feel it either. I would look down another nail would be broken. Super upsetting considering I'm not tough on my nails at all. This most recent visit I called at 2 and asked if I could come in. They said they were very busy and asked me to come back at 6. They took my name and said they'd see me at 6. I come at 6 and they had not written it down at all and made me wait another 30 minutes. Another woman walked in after me and seems like they did the same thing to her. Very poor scheduling. The prices here are fine but the girl who served me spoke little English and I had a hard time communicating what I wanted. She did a passing job on my pedicure. The most egregious thing was that she cut my nails on my hands crookedly. The polish was just okay.
