I have no problem here until this last hair cut. I have taken my son previously and never been charged more than $25. Today they decided he had a lot of hair and up charged us. My daughter came in for a trim on her short bob and we were charged $45 as the owner thinks touching the shoulder is past her shoulder, making it long hair. It was a disappointing experience. Just be wary of the prices. They are not consistent.

I was so upset when I got home. Luann did my hair. I came in with long hair and I just wanted a partial highlight to help cover some grays. She was going to take off two inches (she took 6-8 inches :( she didn’t cover my grays she turned all my highlights into gray:( needless to say I walked out of there spending $250 plus $40 tip so a total of $290 and Feeling worse then when I went in. I just wanted some highlights and a trim. Walked out with dull gray highlights and short hair. She kept offering to do the full head for $500 but she would give me a discount. I declined. She set me aside under a blow dryer “saying I have so much hair it would be better to sit under the blow dryer to help dry it” after being there for 3 hours to give an older guy a haircut. I washed and blew dry my hair before she cut it all off in 15 minutes (and she is supposed to do this for a living) Then continued to work my hair. She did apologize and then she flat ironed my hair “for free” I’m just sad I wanted

My 17 year old daughter came here to get her hair done. The stylist completely destroyed her hair. Spent 5 hours doing things my daughter did not want. I called to speak with the owner who was not helpful at all. $350 for her to ruin my daughters hair. Becareful these people are only out for the money.
