I was referred to Alicia by a friend who told me she had received "the best wax ever" which caught my attention because how great can a bikini wax experience be? After decades of suffering through painful and irritating bikini wax experiences in the past, I finally have experienced how great they can be thanks to Alicia. Somehow she is gentle but thorough. She is professional and kind. She asks questions to clarify exactly what I want waxed and she explains as she goes along. I don't know much about waxing but apparently because she uses hard wax it hardly even hurts (I swear) and I have never once been bruised or irritated which always happened in the past no matter where I went. Every time I've been to Alicia she is on time and ready for my appointment and her room is spotless.
