1000% my go-to nail salon in North County - I love the location and how modern/gorgeous the space is! Rachel is the absolute best, anytime I get a gel mani/pedi with her I swear it lasts FOREVER. Consider me a lifelong client ????

I began searching for a new nail salon to go to recently, I used google and yelp to try to narrow down the results so that they would reflect salons that would be in close proximity for me. Yelp reviews gave this salon a very good listing. I called today to ask what their hours were since it is New Year’s Eve, upon confirmation of the hours for today I asked if they were booked, if they would accept an appointment if they weren’t booked, and what their walk-in policy was. The lady who answered the phone was very spacey and didn’t give me a complete answer about appointments and their walk-in policy if they had one. She asked me if I could be there by 1:30 and I said sure. Upon arrival the ladies working there were most definitely not friendly. They all stopped taking care of their customers to look to the front and one of them said “what do you want” and I mentioned that I was looking to get acrylic nails and that I had spoken with somebody on the phone about a half hour prior who told
