First time coming here, I was initially hesitant because of the reviews, but Willo is only 1 year old. A different salon was at this location before, so any reviews older than a year are for a different salon prior to Willo. I saw Denise for Color and Haircut; I usually walk out of the salon with 95% satisfaction; today is the first time that the service exceeded my expectations, my satisfaction is at 110%. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and Denise is very sweet. Services: Haircut, Hair coloring
Worst experience I ever had. I walked out with my hair looking the same after spending so much money here. Avoid this place, I left frustrated and really disappointed.
Leah trimmed my hair and applied a botanical treatment to my hair. I was excited to try Aveda products because they sounded so amazing but when I left the salon my hair felt as dry as hay for days, frizzy and unmanageable
