Luxe nail spa

Customer service is not great and the tech lady who did my nails was rude and lazy! After coloring my nails she told me she was done. She did no shaping after the coloring which normally most tech would to make sure it's looks nice after the coloring. I asked her a few time to help shape my nails and she looked irritated and use the nail filing to touch the tips of my nails then said here here. Very upset with my nails ! Even when I clearly show expressions of not happy with the nails it did not bother her she was ready to leave. Not coming here anymore.

I went on Thursday to get a pedicure around 5pm. I got basic polish because it always last a long time. By Saturday, one of my toe nails was chipped away, and the nail polish had fell off. I sat and let the nail polish dry before I left so that was not the issue. I would not come again as this is the second time this has happened where the nail polish does not last a long time like the other nail salons do. Service: Pedicure

I was referred here by someone that’s why I came… I called and asked for Ashley and was told she comes in at 10:30am and I could come at 11am 4/30/22 I walk in at 11:00 on the dot and check in then I’m told she is on the back waxing someone.. ok that’s fine but it’s 11:15 and she still isn’t out. I find that rude and unprofessional when you have a appointment with someone already set. This is exactly why I haven’t been to a nail salon in over a year. I’m not upset but I left because I have other things to do today and I can’t be sitting around waiting for someone when I had an appointment made. This is common among nail salons while they’re doing someone’s nails someone will come in for a waxing and they’ll stop what they’re doing and go wax somebody or go do their lashes and then come back to you. That is not professional…..
