left the store feeling irritated. I was there 20 mins and couldn't find anyone to help me with product recommendations until I was in line to check out and then a group of 3 employees asked if I needed help. I asked about a certain product and the response I got... "I don't know if we carry that". I won't be coming back here for sure. I am treated way better at Sephora whose customer service is amazing.

I received haircut from Betty Escorcia at Laguna Blvd and I gotta say I got one of the worst haircuts anyone can have. I asked for nicely blended and texturized haircut with face framing layers but she cut my hair so choppy and uneven from the bottom. Originally, I had the most shiniest, longest black wavy hair (that went past my hips) and I wanted to still maintain my style but with a little bit of a change (good change) but received a horrible experience. She is one of the master stylist but she upcharged me for the Elite Stylist prices. I would never recommend anyone to go get a haircut cut from her ever again.
