La Posh Salon and Spa

Karina messed up my hair. It looks like my hair has been fried. I called La Posh prior to going and requested a hair stylist who has experiance in box dyed hair. They assigned me Karina. I showed her the picture. She started applying bleach using foil papers. She didn’t tell me my hair was too dark and I needed to go twice. She said I’ll charge $265. During shampooing and hair color applications, she kept pulling my hair. I felt like I wanted to run from that washing chair. The end result was not good; I couldn’t see highlights. I asked her if she can fix it. She said come again and I’ll charge you $120. I requested her to fix it right then. She started applying bleach violently with no foil papers.. It was on my face, it was on my pants. I smelled horrific fumes. In the end, she wanted to charge me $365 because she said it’s my fault I’ve dark black hair and I used boxed dye to cover greys. I went in for a haircut and showed her a picture , my hair was long till mid of my back and I asked for A line shoulder length, as she was cutting I noticed it’s not going well , still thought to give it a try with the blow dry when she was blowdrying I started to notice it was way shorter than what I wanted, the length was around my lip area . I told her it seems really short that’s not what I asked for, she said well your hair is curly, I showed her the picture again , all she said was sorry I guess I went shorter . I cut the blowdrying short and told her please don’t continue , I asked to pay and handed my credit card not knowing what she will charge me , she said she will charge half price because I don’t seem happy . I never cared when I chop my hair and I always say hair will grow back no big deal , but my hair is so short I can’t even style it . And it took me 45 min to blow dry at home . Worst customer service and experience. Zero stars from me. Unethically ran! My scalp is blistered and in pain. I did not receive the results I wanted, and was charged $115 extra for the root change. Destini serviced me and is ignoring my messages now
