I would leave this salon zero stars if I could. I was a loyal customer for almost 2 years and the way they treated me and handled things at my last appointment was out of hand and extremely unprofessional. I had an appointment to get color and a partial sew in. Pearl, Sharie’s assistant, was the one who colored my hair. I wanted the color dark blue but she said I would need to bleach my hair again to achieve it. So I said no multiple times because I did not want to bleach my hair for a third time and went with the color red and this is where it all went downhill. To start she bleached my hair after I had told her not too, and when she went to dye my hair red, it ended up a ginger brown color and she had to use a red hair dye conditioner to get my hair red, not actual dye so it faded extremely fast. But because Pearl bleached my hair again after I had already said no, the next week I noticed a large chunk of my hair had broken off. And I had called and explained to them how she had blea

Underwhelming experience. Staff was friendly but being in a salon for 10 hours and missing Birthday dinner reservations did not sit well with me at all. My style was nothing I asked for. Waited an hour before being seen. Lots of wait time. I was expecting a better hair care experience..I will be back for my take down and decide where to go from there. I was definitely disappointed.

My wife went to Shelah Beauty to get extensions put in because her hair had to be cut short a while back due to a number of different factors and she's never really felt like herself since then. Unfortunately that salon did a very amateur job. But not only did DreamGirls undo the wreck the other salon installed but they did an absolutely fantastic job putting new ones in and even fit her in same day because they had a cancellation. I cannot even tell that my wife has any sort of extensions. It was also a few hundred dollars cheaper than what I was expecting it was going to cost. Come here if you want to pay a fair price (value is not always the cheapest option) for the absolute best work. You can really feel that these ladies really care about doing everything to the best of their ability. If I could give DreamGirls an extra star I would rate it a 6 out of 5.
