Ulta Beauty

I went to the salon. It was a decent experience. The ladies at the salon are super friendly and nice. They did a good job. However, like any other ulta, they are busy and under staffed . Your hair appointment that normally should take 15 minutes ends up being an hour long affair.

The employees are very lazy and didn’t want to walk all the way to the register so she made us walk all the way across the store to pay and with card only but didn’t tell us until the end and she was very rude about it and because she didn’t want to walk all the way to the register so we could actually purchase our items we left and will not purchase ever again from this store. Never had any problems at other locations but this location always so rude and bad costumer service.

Sol at the Brow Bar is an absolute gem! Finding someone who does men’s eyebrows well has been difficult, but after meeting Sol my first time I knew she would be my new go to beautician! The brow bar is in the middle of the store, but Sol makes it feel like there is nobody there but you.
