V 度造型 | V Salon Haircut | Best Haircut Cupertino CA

We made appointment for two women. When we came in, they said they thought it was for two men and they are out of people and would cancel our appointment. Then another guest came and he was sheduled at our time too. They had just two people in the salon and how could they serve three people at the same time even if they didn't make the mistake about our gender. I assmue they will ask us to wait if we are male and cancel it if we are female even though we have an appointment at a specific time. They just don't care! We spent 45min driving here for the haircut, but went back home with disappointment. Don't waste your time!!!

Two stars for the normal outcome and friendly atmosphere. Here's why I don't like this place. 1. I book a timeslot at 2:30, get there by time or 1,2 mins late I can't remember. Then I sit there till 3:15 before getting service, while previous guest and the stylist were having little talk and enjoy the service. 2. When they finally start my haircut, they made me feel like they really want to finish my haircut sooner the better. (Not sure if it's because there a lady walk-in for the haircut. If so, I didn't see they doing faster when I arrive. Do I not deserve it?). And during the wash, they even got collar of my hoodie wet. I knew man hair cut usally take less time, but when I walk out of the store at 3:30, with my cloth wet, I still feel somewhat disrespected. To be fair the haircut is fine. Although my girl friend don't like it, I would still give them credit for having basic skills. But the service in general is terrible, at least for me that afternoon.

A friend recommended me to come here to get my haircut. I told Jason my imagination and Jason asked me for my opinion. During this time, we talk a lot and Jason is a very humorous person. Finally, I was very satisfied the looking. I also went to take a new driver's license photo. Perfect for me. :) will come back again~
