Had a great experience with Libby Hallmark. It was my first time bleaching my hair and she did an awesome job. Ended up with medium length layers with two blonde panels that twirl perfectly in with my natural brunette hair. Would definitely go to her again! Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring
